Main job functions:

• Description of the company's current business processes with the aim of further automation. li>
• Analysis and search for ways to optimize business processes.
• Automation of BP (ERP system) within the company, at the request of the business.
• Implementation and training of employees to work with ERP system.
• Preparation of TK for the developer. Testing.

Main requirements for the vacancy:< /p>

• Experience of working as a Business Analyst for 3 years in a systems company.
• Experience of analyzing and writing Business -processes.
• Experience in automating Business processes.
• Knowledge of the CRM system and related systems (bots, PBX, etc.)
• Analytical thinking, proactivity, communication skills. Team player.
