Business analyst in Derzhavniy Operator Tilu

Government Rear Operator (DOT) is a state agency that provides for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Guided by the principles of integrity and people-centeredness, we supply food, clothing, fuel -lubricants for the needs of the military.

We are convinced that supplying the army should not only be interesting to the market, but also honorable. Our task is to develop an appropriate system of relations with suppliers, increasing the value of each invested hryvnia of the state budget.

The main duties of the position:

• Analysis of existing business processes, best practices and standards of provision in domain area of ​​the agency's activity.
• Research and use of legal acts in the process of writing technical requirements.
• Development of technical tasks and specifications.
• Support of system development, implementation ideas and product creation.
• Conducting meetings with interested parties to clarify information system requirements.
• Analysis/reengineering of existing business processes and the decision-making process.
• li>Participation in the development of projects of regulatory and legal acts at the level of ideas needed for process reengineering.
• Conducting presentations and coordination meetings for interested parties.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Experience in business process analytics from 1 year.
• Development or automated testing experience.
• Understanding of software design and development process.< /li>
• Formulation of high-level technical requirements for a software product.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations.
• Understanding and experience of working with APIs and web services.
• Experience in process reengineering.
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately and effectively transfer knowledge.
• Experience with Jira/Click Up.

Would be preferred:

• Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Intermediate.
• Experience in using interface modeling products (Axure, Figma).
• Experience in using Cawemo in modeling business processes.

Technical knowledge and software:

• Confident corMicrosoft Office software developer.
• Ability to work in task trackers is an advantage.
