Head of SME transaction product development, Product Owner in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will:

• manage backlog, form product roadmap, user stories, CJM, business requirements and process maps;
• conduct user testing of new solutions;
• develop concepts and present new client features;
• analyze the competitive environment and formulate proposals for new products and processes for legal entities and sole proprietorships;
• participate in the preparation of internal materials (instructions, product standards, procedures, contracts, etc.);
• participate in the preparation of training materials;
• organize and hold demo days for clients and bank employees;
• participate in marketing activities to promote business products.

You are suitable if you have:

• 3 years of experience working in the direction of transactional products for SMEs;
• experience in the development of business products and processes (required);
• participation in the development of mobile applications and a client-bank system for business will be an advantage;
• skills in developing concepts and new client features for legal entities and business owners;
• ability to analyze and structure large amounts of information for preparing reports and presentations;
• experience in forming business requirements for the introduction of new products and processes (required);
• experience in testing information systems and client processes;
• li>knowledge of tools: PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Visio or similar.
