Business administrator of PLM / ERP systems in NDA Recruitment

We are looking for a PLM Business Administrator (Windchill) for a manufacturing company in the defense industry.
This is a role for a specialist who combines an understanding of engineering processes with practical skills in working with a PLM system. You'll help build and maintain a digital product model—from design to series production—and directly implement processes in the system. It is not only about "describing the process", but about setting it up in the system and bringing it to stable operation together with users.

Main tasks

Working with processes:

• Configuring and supporting workflows and lifecycles for engineering and production tasks
• Collection and clarification of requirements from users (engineers, production, PM)
• Participation in the implementation of change processes (ECN/ECR), reviews and releases
• Help in maintaining the integrity of processes and data in the system

Hands-on Windchill administration:

• Configuring roles, groups and access rights
• Working with object templates (Parts, Documents, CAD)
• Configuring attributes, object types, versioning rules
• Working with rules numbering (OIR) and code formation logic
• Product structure support (BOM) and data correctness check
• Data import/export (Excel), bulk upload and update of information
• Basic work with CAD (publish, model display check)

User support:

• User consultation on working in the system
• Participation in training instructions and training materials
• Gathering feedback and participating in improving system settings

Waitingfor the candidate

• Experience of working with PLM systems at the administrator or key user level
• Practical experience of configuring objects, attributes, workflows or access rights
• Understanding the product life cycle in production
• Experience of working with BOM, technical documentation or CAD data
• Basic understanding of integrations between systems (API, XML - at the level of understanding, not development)
• Ability to work with Excel (including for mass data operations)
• Systems thinking and attention to detail
• Communication skills to work with engineering teams

Will be a plus

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience with CAD systems (Creo, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Participation in the implementation or development of PLM
