Educational project manager's responsibilities include:

Definition of the target audience of the educational product pains and needs.

Management of a team of designers and coordinators.

Budgeting of team activities, P&L

Additions to the program line of direction.

Selection of the audience, processing of the funnel.

Development of educational and methodical materials.

Building relationships with students.

Responsibility for quantitative metrics: revenue, profit, production costs, support, promotion, product profitability.

Accountability for qualitative product metrics: student engagement, material absorption, course completion.

Accountability for qualitative product metrics: percentage graduates who have mastered the courses and achieved the planned success.

Building interactions with educational partners.

Building a system for collecting feedback from students.
