Brand Manager / Marketer in Arber Fashion Group

ARBER is a Ukrainian brand with a leadership character and a 35-year history that adheres to the principles of uncompromising quality, constant development and pride in Ukrainian production with a full cycle of product creation.

We create men's and women's clothing in smart casual and  business styles, combining quality, modern design and accessibility.  Our stores are a space with a high level of service, an individual approach to the client and a well-thought-out assortment.

We not only create clothes for thousands of customers, but also officially dress the Ukrainian football team, confirming: the Ukrainian brand is capable of representing our country in an international arena!

We invite a creative specialist to the team, who will become an ambassador brand and will develop ARBER's image through events, media and social networks.

Main responsibilities

• Formation and implementation of brand and marketing strategy of the brand
• Brand management at contact points: offline (stores, events) and online.
• Planning and coordination of marketing campaigns (collection launches, store openings, special projects, collaborations)
• Control brand consistency: messages, visuals, tone of communication together with PR
• Working with contractors (creative, production, advertising, design, events)
• Participation in the formation of content plans together with PR / SMM
• Analysis of the market, competitors, trends, CA
• Control of cost effectiveness and implementation of the marketing budget
• Initiation of collaborations
• Preparation of reports and analytics

  • Strategic thinking + ability to bring to implementation

  • Project management

  • Experience of brand and campaignsht: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

  • Feeling of the brand, aesthetics, trends

  • Analytical thinking

  • Ability to work with budgets

  • Independence and initiative

  Experience

  • 3+ years in marketing / brand management

  • Experience launching online and offline campaigns or products

  • Working with creative and production teams

  Will be an advantage:

  • Fashion / lifestyle / beauty / retail

  • Experience of working with offline + online channels

  • Experience in brands with an emotional component
