We are looking for a Brand Manager who will strengthen our team marketing and will help develop a growing category.

This role is for those who want not just to work with the brand, but to be the driver of its development at the national level.

Requirements:

  • Education - higher education, specialization "marketing" or "economics"
  • 2 years of experience in marketing
  • Computer knowledge - Word, Excel, Power Point at the level of an advanced user
  • Knowledge of the principles of pricing, assortment analysis, development of a business plan for the launch of a new project, understanding and ability to operate the main indicators of the brand
  • Experience of working with internal company data - at the level of understanding the main principles, indicators and their relationship

Desirable:

  • Experience in the position of a brand manager
  • Experience working with the MRC database
  • English language -  B1+

What you will need to do:

  1. Participation in the planning and implementation of your brand/category development strategy

  2. Analyzing the market, competitors and trends, preparing recommendations for improving the product and communications

  3. Forming assortment within your brand: line updates, product improvements

  4. Organization of design development of labels, packaging and materials for the brand

  5. Participation in the formation of pricing decisions: analysis of competitors, cost and profitability

  6. Preparation and implementation of marketing activities for brand promotion

  7. Organization of product presentations, tastings, participation in thematic events

  8. Control and management of marketing budgets within the brand

  9. Monitoring sales, demand and consumer attitude towards the product

  10. Coordination of the creation of advertising and image materials, including trade marketing tools

  11. Analysis of internal reports, control of brand KPIs (sales, distribution, representation)

  12. Initiating the launch of new SKUs within the brand

  13. Maintaining the necessary document flow regarding marketing services and the budget

  14. Conducting market visits, checking layout and merchandising at points of sale

  15. Controlling the quality and appearance of products under our brands
