• we have an official codification NATO. style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700">We are looking for a System Administrator (1st line of support) who will ensure the smooth operation of the office and team infrastructure.
You will become the person they turn to when "something went wrong", and it is your speed and quality of work that depends productivity of the whole team.
You are our candidate if you have:
• Experience in technical support of users from 1 year
• Solid knowledge of Windows and basic knowledge of Linux
• Understanding of the principles of 1C operation (connection, configuration)
• Installation skills and software updates
• Attention, stress resistance and the ability to find solutions quickly
• Desire to work in a dynamic technical environment
Will be a plus:
• Work experience in HelpDesk
• Understanding of network infrastructure
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Basic server administration skills
Your responsibilities:
• Technical support of employees (1 level)
• Configuration and maintenance of workers of stations (Windows, Linux)
• Connection and configuration of 1C
• Installation, updating and configuration of software
• Diagnostics and elimination of technical malfunctions
• Assistance in support and development of internal IT infrastructure
• Ensuring stable and uninterrupted operation of office equipment
