Your tasks will be:

• Participation in the development and implementation of the annual marketing strategy of the bank in accordance with the business goals
• Planning, implementation and control of advertising budget of the department?
• Formation and support of a holistic image of the bank, management of communication campaigns (360°)
• Control of the effectiveness of marketing expenses, analysis of customer behavior depending on the customer segment
• Coordination of the work of departments (creative, media planning, production) and development of internal talents
• Close cooperation with product development departments (Retail, SME) to create valuable proposals
• Organization of team work, setting tasks, quality control and deadlines.

What is important to us in your experience:

• 5+ years in marketing (preferably in banks/financial organizations or large service companies), of which at least 2 years in management positions
• Deep understanding of digital and brands of marketing, experience of working with large budgets and complex media splits
• Ability to make decisions based on numbers, experience of working with systemsethics and CRM
• High level of emotional intelligence, negotiation skills and the ability to drive changes in the corporate environment
• Higher (marketing, economics, management).
