SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international food IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with co-founders, we assemble strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.
Storyby is a tech startup focused on finding young star authors and building a content ecosystem - books, audio and video adaptations. We open the world to authors in whom we see the potential to create bestsellers. We develop products so that new best-selling stories can be read, listened to and interacted with through a variety of content. Our products are currently in active scaling with positive unit economics, namely AlphaNovel and DramaShorts. We have a team of 54 professionals who are building the future of the world of publishing and content of the 21st century.
AlphaNovel
The subscription based app available on iOS and Android platforms provides users with the best experience of reading and listening to short stories. Seamlessly integrated game mechanics along with a reward system increase user engagement and satisfaction. AlphaNovel is a flagship product on which more than 12,000 writers have published their books and an active audience of over a million readers.
DramaShorts
An application for iOS and Android that immerses users in the world of bite-size entertainment in the format of video shorts. Each adaptation is inspired by the best works of AlphaNovel. DramaShorts is currently in an active scaling phase with positive unit economics.
We are currently planning to launch a new line of work, DramaShorts, where users will be able to watch movies not only in the app, but also on the web version of the product. To do this, we are building a payment infrastructure from scratch and invite you to join our Billing Support team.
What challenges await:
— Promptly and efficiently resolve user requests for refunds;
— Quick response to chargebacks threats and solving user problems;
— Challenging chargebacks with banks, collecting and submitting the necessary documentation and evidence base in bank;
— Work with Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and creationI report.
What is important to us:
— Upper Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken);
— Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Customer Support or Billing Support;
— Willingness to work evening and night shifts (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM);
— Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel;
— Experience with support systems such as Zendesk or Atlassian would be a plus;
— Strong problem solving skills and attention to details.
