BI analyst in Agrosem

In connection with the development of the analytical direction, we invite you to the BI Analytics team, which will work with the full cycle of analytical tasks — from strategy to results.

Main requirements:

• Experience in analytics from 4-5 years (Agro or FMCG will be an advantage);

• Strong skills in working with Power BI;

• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, Power Query);

• Understanding the principles of building analytical models and reporting;

• Basic knowledge of SQL or understanding of the logic of working with databases (will be a plus);

• Experience in working with large arrays of data, their structuring and cleaning;

• Ability not only to analyze numbers, but also to interpret results and draw conclusions for business;

• Proactiveness, initiative, readiness to propose own solutions;

• High level of responsibility, independence in work organization;

• Understanding corporate ethics and culture of interaction with by business units.

Functional responsibilities:

• Implementation of end-to-end analytical projects:
  from setting tasks and strategic planning to analysis of results and recommendations;

• Development, support and optimization of BI reporting in accordance with business needs;

• Building and maintenance of analytical models, reference books, analytical databases;

• Analysis of key business indicators, search for causes of deviations and areas for improvement;

• Formation of analytical conclusions and proposals for management decisions;

• Working with "imperfect" data: cleaning, verification, structuring;

• Preparation of ad-hoc analytics business requests;

• Interaction with sales, marketing, procurement, logistics teams;

• Participation in the development of analytical culture and approaches to working with data in the company.
