About the company
Foodtech-company with production and B2B sales. Now the focus is systematization and step-by-step automation of key business processes (purchasing, production, sales, R&D) to reduce manual work, errors and speed up decision-making.
Who we are looking for
We need a person who knows how to "lay out the business on the shelves" (processes, roles, rules, data) and then manually implement simple and reliable automation with modern tools (n8n / Make / Zapier and other low-code solutions).
The role is practical: a lot of "field" work with divisions, prototyping, testing, bringing to a stable result.
Main tasks
1) Business analysis and processes
- Collect requirements from department heads and key users.
- Describe processes AS-IS (as is) and form TO-BE (as it should be).
- Define roles, control points, rules, data and “pains” of the process.
- Coordinate future processes with the process owner and management.
- Prepare a clear documentation: process diagrams, description of steps, responsibilities, checklists, short instructions.
2) Automation and implementation
- Design and run automation (workflow) in n8n / Make / Zapier: integrations, webhooks, application processing, notifications, data updates, etc.
- Build prototypes “quickly and without unnecessary bureaucracy”, but with stability in mind.
- Configure data structures (tables/forms/references), access and check logic.
- Implement AI-tools where it really reduces manual work (texts, classification of requests, field filling, etc.) — without “magic for magic’s sake.”
- Maintain and improve already running automations: correction, optimization, control
- Planning update changes so as not to “break production”: testing, version/configuration control, basic problem diagnosis.
Our typical processes for automation
- Purchasing: request > approval > invoice > payment > receipt > document control.
- R&D: development request > stages > results > solutions.
- Manufacturing: plan/task > execution > quality control > traceability.
- Sales/customers: order capture > statuses > communication > transfer to production/logistics.
What is important to us
- System thinking: you know how to structure chaos and agree on rules.
- Experience describing processes (any notation/format is suitable; the main thing is clear and practical).
- Experience of automation in n8n / Make / Zapier (or similar).
- Understanding the basic principles of integrations: API, webhooks, authorization, data formats.
- Ability to work with data: tables, simple DB structures, logic fields/directories.
- Communication with business: you know how to "translate" between the manager and the technical solution.
Will be a plus
- Experience with BAS/1C or integrations with accounting systems.
- Experience with Power Automate / Google Workspace automation.
- Experience in deployment/support of simple web solutions (at the level of “I understand how it works, I can support together with a technical specialist”).
Work format and conditions
- Full-time employment
- Format: office/hybrid/remote - depending on tasks (part of the work requires communication with departments).
- Pay: competitive, based on the results of the interview.
