- Configuration and development of the BI platform
- Preparation of regular and ad hoc reporting in the direction of HR
- Analysis of HR metrics and building forecasts based on data
- Cooperation with the team for the development of corporate C&B, budgeting of HR operational expenses
- Involvement in conducting and analyzing research/surveys in the HR area
- Cooperation with HR partners to monitor the effectiveness of adopted HR practices and provide recommendations for their improvement
- Audit of HR processes, information systems

- Advanced Excel proficiency

- Knowledge and practical experience of launch, integration, customization BI platforms
