We are strengthening the guest support teamand are looking for VI Analyticsto the contact center.

Our Analyst:

• Collects requirements for the construction of quantitative and qualitative reports, dashboards for construction in Power BI, using various generally accepted techniques: using brainstorming with customers; focus groups, prototyping, questionnaires and others.
• Forms department reporting standards.
• Develops analytical reporting in Power BI.
• Develops regular and on-demand reports on key performance indicators of guest support across channels (calls, chats, letters, social networks, etc.),
• Provides recommendations on the level of indicators on key performance indicators, according to established plans and strategies, based on industry benchmarks
• Conducts presentations of proposed solutions for the implementation of reporting and dashboards for the business.
• Independently, without requests from the business, analyzes the need to make changes/additions to reports and dashboards. Submits his proposals for business approval.

We will have a match, if available:

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Certificates of completion of specialized courses on business analysis.
• Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software development both from a technical point of view and from a guest point of view.
• Knowledge of basic software development methodologies (Waterfall , Scrum, Kanban);
• Practical experience of working with analytics/data visualization tools, building dashboards; PC literate, confident user.
