BAS Consultant/Developer in NDA Recruitment

We are looking for a specialist who combines analytical thinking, communication skills and basic testing. The role involves close interaction with end users, business process analysis, BAS setup and support of finance and HR modules.

Main Responsibilities

• Interaction with users for clarifying their needs and transforming them into requirements for the system. Analysis and description of business processes in finance, accounting, personnel management and payroll. Customization of BAS functionality in accordance with requirements. Conducting initial testing of changes (QA approach): checking logic, finding deviations, forming defects. Preparation user documentation and instructions.
• Training for end users, consultations and support in daily work.
• Participation in the implementation of new modules, updates and optimization of existing processes.

Requirements

• Experience of working with BAS (UTP, Accounting, ZUP or KUP) or 1C at the level of a confident user/analyst/consultant.
• Understanding of accounting, finance and/or HR processes.
• Skills of collecting and formalizing requirements, drawing up technical tasks.
• Basic understanding of principles testing.
• Ability to explain complex things in simple words and work with different groups of users.
• Experience of participating in the implementation of ERP/BAS systems will be an advantage.
