Banking Relationship Manager (fintech, b2b) in PaySaxas

Location: Full Remote, from anywhereAbout Us: PaySaxas is a global fast-growing FinTech IT company, which focuses on B2B products and services worldwide. We are rapidly expanding our market presence and are looking for a Banking Relationship Manager with a background in FinTech to join our team.Responsibilities:To source new corporate relationships for PaySaxas;Identify and research potential international banking partners;Establish and develop long-term relationships with banking institutions globally;Negotiate with banks to secure favorable terms for cooperation;Conduct negotiations with banking partners to finalize contracts and agreements;Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met during the contract process;Manage the contract lifecycle and oversee their implementation;Identify and evaluate potential Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and EMI (Electronic Money Institution) for integration into our ecosystem;Negotiate terms with other Financial Institutions to ensure reliable and advantageous partnerships;Compile and complete necessary documentation and forms for banksAnalyze the performance of current banking and other partners;Prepare regular reports on the status of partnerships and negotiation outcomes;Collaborate with the company's leadership to develop and implement strategies for expanding banking and other partnerships;Provide suggestions for improving current processes and strategies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;Prepare and submit necessary documents and forms to the banks.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fintech company;Deep understanding of the banking sector and other services;Excellent negotiation and contract management skills;Ability to work in an international environment and manage partner relationships with banks;Strong analytical and organizational skills;Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.We offer:Become a part of our international team;Interesting tasks and challenges;Full Remote work environment;Competitive compensation fixed in Euro;Paid social package (paid vacation, paid sick leaves);A collaborative and innovative team culture.Recruitment process:1.
