Pre-sale is the team responsible for the technical support of existing, new and future B2B clients, it is she who explains all the technical nuances of sensors, protocols, hubs. And with the release of new products, the team conducts training seminars for partners around the world.

Main responsibilities:

• Conducting technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, webinars on the product (for company employees and customers);
• Market research and comparative characteristics of our products with competitors' products;
• Technical consultation and support of key customers;
• li>Analysis of technical requirements, problem areas of the customer. Proposing the optimal solution according to the conducted analysis;
• Cooperation with the sales team, consulting in complex deals;
• Maintaining communication and developing long-term relationships with the company's key partners.

Key requirements for our candidate:

• Higher technical education;
• High communication skills and competent language;
< li>Experience in public speaking (as an advantage);
• As an advantage — experience in installation and assembly / design of video surveillance systems, fire alarms, SCS, or other security systems.
