Currently, the company is actively developing new directions, launches ambitious projects and in connection with this invites a Development Manager (pastilla-jam-jam) to its team. From packaging design to finished liquid product.
What tasks we will assign you:
- Search for new promising manufacturing companies/categories /products (imported and domestic) to form a liquid, market-demanded and marginal assortment portfolio of the company
- Negotiations with existing and potential suppliers regarding the terms of cooperation, commercial policy (retrobonuses / deferred payments / marketing funds, etc.), assortment< /li>
- Implementation of projects to introduce new products to the market: a full cycle from negotiations with the supplier to the formation of a pricing policy and sales plan. Monitors the progress of project implementation
- Analysis of the current assortment matrix: development of sales priorities, recommendations for the formation of pricing policy, as well as inclusion/exclusion of items from the assortment
- Preparation and conducting of presentations for the team from existing and new products
- Training of a team of managers in the characteristics, advantages and arguments in favor of sales for new and existing products
- Management of a team of employees of the business development department (as they are formed)
- li>Analysis of the market in order to assess the competitive environment: meetings with clients, news, trends, price changes
- It is possible to unravel as project work for a certain period
