Expanding our E-com department, we are looking for mcontact center manager,< strong style="font-weight: 700"> which will workwith the existing base, without search and connecting new clients.

Your tasks:< /p>

• Reception and processing of requests from customers, and their further processing into orders;
• Implementation cross-sales, up-sales of the entire product portfolio of the company.
• Working with supporting documents;
• Consulting customers regarding the company's products and services;
• Control of deliveries and other logistics operations;
• Decisionhandling controversial situations with clients;

We expect from the candidate:

• Work experience in trading companies, in contact centers, or in customer service , service companies;
• Experienced PC user (Word, Excel, Mail, Internet);
• Competent verbal and written Ukrainian language;
• Responsibility, activity and initiative;
