Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD)created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of child rights.

Task: ensuring the implementation of the project according to the program plan and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • project planning and organization;

  • monitoring the execution of tasks and monitoring compliance with deadlines;

  • preparation of reports, presentations and analytical materials related to project activities and international cooperation;

  • documenting meetings and capturing important information;

  • performing administrative tasks;

  • ensuring the implementation of the goals and objectives of the project, in accordance with the commitments;

  • preparation of reports based on the results of project activities;

  • preparation and maintenance of relevant documentation within the framework of the project, conclusion of contracts, memoranda, etc.;

  • organization and implementation of activities of the UMPD program plan as part of project work;

  • preparationand competitive announcements, technical procurement tasks for team members;

  • selection of candidates for the project team, selection of experts, conducting interviews and tests;

  • conducting communication and organizing joint meetings with partners, stakeholders and donors involved in the project;

  • preparation of letters, incl. official, requests for approval to partners, stakeholders and donors in Ukrainian and/or English;

  • ensuring partnership with the donor in the framework of project implementation;

  • preparation of necessary documents to ensure passing of project and organizational audits;

  • providing other professional services related to project implementation and international cooperation.

Requirements:

  • higher education (preferably in the field of management, economics or related);

  • PC skills at the level of a confident user (MS Office, project programs);

  • good communication skills;

  • ability to work in a team and independently;

  • desire to learn and develop in the field of project management;

  • experience of working with projects from international organizations;

  • media experience will be an advantage;

  • knowledge of legislation in the field of child rights and social protection;

  • awareness in the field of local government;

  • leadership qualities;

  • diplomacy and communication skills;

  • fluency in the Ukrainian language;

  • knowledge of the English language will be an advantage;

  • computer and technical literacy.
