GENERAL INFORMATION
BF "Right to Protection" (The Foundation) is a leading human rights organization that works comprehensively to solve the problems of forced displacement and migration, their causes and consequences. Our activities are aimed at protecting the rights of refugees, forced migrants, stateless persons and socially vulnerable population groups.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Project "HeatHeart: supporting 2024-2025 winter plan in the most critical winter heating needs" strong>,aimed at solving the complex needs of vulnerable groups of IDPs, returnees and persons who suffered from the war in selected places of temporary residence and in hard-to-reach regions close to the front line. Project geography: Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia regions.Г EOGRAPHIC COVERAGE
Assistant to the project coordinator located in the city of Kharkiv.
DUTIES AND TASKS< /strong>
Performance of daily operational tasks;
Participation in the distribution of material (in-kind) aid on the basis of daily and weekly planning;
Help in coordination, agreement of plans and tasks of all parties involved in the distribution of aid;
Assistance in the coordination, planning and implementation of the provision of monetary assistance for the compensation of communal services, work with documentation for this activity;
Participation in business trips to the project location, field visits, evaluation of the quality of work of the Foundation teams and other stakeholdersleaders, drawing up reports based on the results of these trips;
Primary work with field reports, documentation and materials (compilation, editing, translation, report writing, etc.);
Help in project implementation;
Assisting the project manager in communication and cooperation with other areas of the Fund to ensure the achievement of the expected results;
Analysis of data as needed;
Administrative and technical support necessary for the successful implementation of project activities;
Participation in the organization of meetings and events within the framework of the project;
Interaction with local authorities, partners and organizations for the successful implementation of the project;
Control over the fact that all the necessary documentation is prepared and submitted properly;
Comply with the Code of Conduct and Foundation Policies.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Higher education in law, social work, social sciences, finance and economics, management, development studies, etc.;
Experience with projects related to humanitarian aid, sustainable development, local governance, decentralization, policy analysis and/or other relevant areas is welcome;
Attentionto details;

Proficiency in Ukrainian and English languages (minimum B1);
Ability to work with documentation;
Experience in the organization of procurement and preparation of financial documents;
Ability to collect information in accordance with the goals and objectives of the project;
Skill of preparing and writing reports;
High communication skills.
