U zv' due to active development, we are opening a vacancy for a contact center operator in our company.

Requirements:

• fluent Ukrainian and Russian languages;
• clear diction, friendliness, customer orientation;
• competent oral and written communication;
• confident PC user.

Responsibilities:

• reception of all incoming calls;
• quality consultation of the client (assistance in solving his issue) with the goal of selling the company's products;
• quality consultation of customer requests via email and Jivochat;
• management of activities and reporting in the CRM system.
