Assistant targetologist in a marketing agency in Royal Bracelets

Hello, we are a new marketing agency that deals with setting up targeted Facebook+Instagram/Google ads for businesses. We are looking for a great targetologist to join our small, young team of promising specialists. In fact, a person without super experience but really willing to work would be suitable, but at least basic experience (courses, etc.) is very desirable. targetologist (Advertising bay, analysis of competitors, reports, AI video generation or setting up an advertising office if necessary)

Over time, transition to own projects and their full management

What is needed:

Knowledge advertising tools of Facebook (For example, courses, vidos, maybe the practice of managing offices)

2. Willingness to work (This is the most important)

3. Do not have additional workload (Additional work, university, it will not be possible to combine it)

Schedule: 6 days a week, working hours will be about 5-7 hours a day

Payment: First there will be a fixed payment, after 3 months a % of the clients we will start provide
