Assistant system administrator / Junior system administrator in Baker Tilly

Baker Tilly is a leading Ukrainian company that provides services in the field of auditing, business consulting, independent valuation, accounting and management accounting, tax consulting; one of the leaders in the national market, an independent member of the Baker Tilly International network. Our offices are located in Kyiv, Odesa, Ternopil and Zaporizhzhia.

We are currently looking for an Assistant System Administrator / Junior System Administrator to join our team, who will help maintain the stable and efficient operation of our IT- infrastructure.

What will you do?

• help colleagues solve technical issues and advise users;
• install, configure and administer Windows 10/11;
• maintain, deploy local networks, Wi-Fi and telephony;
• assist in the administration of servers on based on MS Windows (AD, group policies, VPN, DHCP, DNS, etc.);
• mount SCM and video surveillance systems;
• assemble PCs, perform minor repairs equipment (replacement of components);
• adjust office equipment and replace cartridges.

What do we expect from you?

• higher or incomplete higher (correspondence) education (preferably specialized);
• knowledge of PC hardware and experience in assembly from components;
• basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Terminal Server, Active Directory;
• good understanding of Windows 10/11, MS Office 2016/2019, Windows Server;
• knowledge of modern LAN technologies, types of VPNs and their configuration skills;
• readiness for business trips around Ukraine (category B driver's license is mandatory);
• communicability, discipline, responsibility and friendliness.

Additional knowledge (Kerio Control, VMware, Hyper-V, TCP/IP and OSI models) and experience in IT will be an advantage.
