- assistance in the daily administration of the company's IT infrastructure;
- user support (workplaces, operating systems, office software, peripheral equipment);
- installation, configuration and updating of Windows, Linux and FreeBSDon workstations and servers (within the limits of competence);
- basic diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware and software;
- participation in local network and network equipment support (under the supervision of a system administrator);
- accounting and basic maintenance of IT equipment and software;
- participation in the implementation and support of internal IT services;
- participation in software and company equipment testing.
Requirements:
- experience in a similar position from 1 year;
- basic knowledge and practical administration skills of Linux and Windows;
- experience of working with office software (Microsoft Office / analogues);
- understanding of the principles of computer networks;
- skills to install, configure and maintain workstations and peripheral equipment;
- ability to diagnose and eliminate basic technical problems;
- knowledge of the Ukrainian language - spoken and written;
- knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level (B1). 700">MikroTik;
- knowledge and/or experience with Asterisk and IP telephony systems.
