Operations manager in MULTIPLEX

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the efficient operation of cinemas throughout Ukraine;

• Achieve KPI targets;

• Monitor compliance with service and production standards;

• Support the opening of new cinemas;

• Plan and control budgets;

• Develop teams and form a personnel reserve;

• Implement and monitor adherence to standards;

• Optimize and control operational costs.

From you we expect:

• Work experience of 3 years or more in a similar position

• Deep knowledge in operational management, production, project management and finance;

• Experience in building processes and developing a retail network;

• Systematic, communicative, result-oriented and client-oriented;

• Readiness for business trips.
