Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for maintaining the group's document database
• Responsible for document support of requests for procurement of goods and services to meet the needs of the military
• Responsible for performing standard operations within the framework of procurement procedures (submits SZ in K2, inquiries in ITSM, creates 2nd and 3rd party contracts, additional agreements, specifications in the Axdraft template, acts)
• Responsible for drawing up contracts, invoices, acceptance-handover acts
• Responsible for maintaining primary documents of the group on interaction with military and veterans
• Responsible for keeping records providing charitable assistance to the group for interaction with military and veterans
