We invite you to become part of a well-coordinated team of the Lithuanian UAB Pharmliga Representative Office and take the position of Assistant Project Manager (Pharmaceuticals) style="font-weight: 700">Our expectations from of the candidate:

• Education: Higher economic, pharmaceutical or chemical;< /li>
• Working experience in pharmacy from 2 years;
• Proficiency in English, upper intermediate level; 
• Understanding of general management;
• Special knowledge in the field of project management;
• Understanding the specifics of the industry in which the project is being developed; 
• Be able to understand at least superficially the technologies used by the team;
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions;< /li>
• Strategic thinking;
• Ability to work with people and negotiate;
• Knowledge of office programs: MS Project, Excel, Power Point

Responsibilities:

• Controlling and monitoring the implementation of milestones tasks with: procurement of raw materials and materials for pharmaceutical development; safety and efficacy studies of drugs, state registration and introduction into serial production of new drugs;
• Development of the basic project plan in MS Project;
• Preliminary assessment of the plan;
• Control over the progress of the overall and milestone tasks (stages) of the project and ensuring the relevance of the project status;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Identification of problems that may arise in the process of project implementation, analysis of deviations from the project, constant analysis of risks and provision of proposals for their elimination;
• Organization of the project completion process, preparation of a report in the form of a presentation.
