Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for coordinating entrusted projects in accordance to the accepted methodology of launching new products (npd - new product development): control of key stages and milestones through npd project tracking
• Participates in consulting brand managers on the methodology: conducting new product development projects, timing management in power ppm system, recording of resulting documents and preparation for key project meetings
• Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining the relevance of templates of resulting documents and accompanying documents for the systematization of new launch projects
• Investigates and identifies "gray areas" in the current methodology of the new product development business process to initiate solutions for improvement (increasing efficiency and cross-team interaction )
• Responsible for an in-depth study of previously unsystematized business processes (different stages of the product life cycle) to determine roles, responsibilities, sequence of steps to increase the efficiency of product management teams
• Implements updated business processes in cross-team work: preparation of process presentations, instructions, team training and implementation support to stabilize updates
• Trains new brand marketing team members in new product development and launch (npd) methodology, as well as conducting induction session for cross-teams to establish and stabilize the project management methodology for launching new products in the company
• Responsible for attracting and improving IT tools of the npd process (power ppm, pbi, etc.) and adapting them to new areas of the company's business — analysis of the existing system, generation of new ideas and suggestions for improving work in systems
• Responsible for the development and adaptation of the current npd business process to new areas of business in the company

• Project management skills
• Ability to build effective communication with project team/stakeholders
• Analytical skills and attention to detail; Systcomprehensive approach to solving problems
• Confident user of Excel, Power Point, O365; Knowledge of project management
• English language level Intermediate (B1) and higher (ability to conduct a presentation/meeting, competent written communication and preparation of documents in English)
• Experience in FMCG will be an advantage companies and understanding new product launches (organizational components)
