We are currently looking for an Assistant in the Department of Communication and Partnerships who manages sponsorship projects, the company's media sites, public activities and participates in the department's projects.

Our main expectations:

• Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint;

• Understanding the principles of the Jira electronic document management system;

• Knowledge of relevant legislative norms;

• Competent spoken and written Ukrainian language;

• High communication skills;

• Responsibility, concentration, organization;

• Willingness to learn and grow together with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of contracts, acts and reports;

• Planning and distribution of financial resources;

• Communication with the company's partners regarding document flow and preparation of reports;

• Control of compliance with deadlines for the completion of assigned tasks;

• Participation in the implementation of department projects;

• Working with analytical information;

• Communication with other departments of the company and participation in solving operational tasks.
