GENERAL INFORMATION
BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of war, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.
The project is implemented by a consortium of Ukrainian and international organizations and is aimed at protecting and supporting IDPs and other vulnerable groups through emergency assistance, access to basic services and advocacy. Special attention is paid to children, people with disabilities, the elderly, veterans, victims of domestic violence and other vulnerable categories. none">The consortium assistant will work under the supervision of both the consortium coordinator and the deputy coordinator. This requires a high level of organization, flexibility, the ability to effectively coordinate tasks from several directions at the same time, as well as clear communication with various teams of the Foundation and partners in the consortium.
The candidate must be ready:
ensure regular exchange of information between heads of areas and support the implementation of the project plan, including various partners;
take part in the organization of events, trainings and work visits.
Working with project documentation, materials, calendar planning of activities. Help in the implementation of project tasks and prompt execution of current tasks. Support in the coordination of work with partners, donors. Organizational procurement support for the needs of the project team (stationery, branded products, printing, etc.). Support for the preparation of reports on activities, collection and preliminary analysis of data. Maintenance of the meeting calendar, organization of internal document flow and archiving. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS At least 1 a year of experience working in international donor projects in the field of humanitarian aid or charity; High level of self-motivation, independence, ability to meet deadlines;
Developed communication and organizational skills;
Comply with the Code of Conduct and Foundation Policies.
