What you will do:
- Assist the manager in working with clients in the direction of technical support
- Coordinate the process of processing technical requests of various levels
- Interact with engineers to resolve customer inquiries
- Participate in the organization of technical support services, data center management and virtual resource rental
- Control communication between customers and technical specialists
- Maintain customer base in CRM and generate reports
- Assist with contracts, invoices and accompanying documents
You will be involved in the real business processes of an IT company, in the daily processes of technical support and will get practical experience in working with cloud technologies.

- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and attention to details
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work in a team
Work experience is not required. Experience working with documents will be an advantage.
