Requirements:
- Knowledge of business etiquette
- Ability to use a PC (MS Office), office equipment
- Experience in SMM ( maintaining Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Responsibility, sociability, ability to work in multitasking mode, active and positive life position
Duties:
- Control and provision of necessary office goods, organization of office activities
- Processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence (reception, registration in accounting books, dispatch, distribution)
- Registration of dossiers, archives, personal files, etc.
- Writing internet posts, visual development (for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Making edits to the site (editing in the WordPress system)
- Preferred knowledge of editors ( Adobe, Canva)
- Ensuring a comfortable working atmosphere in the office
- Help in organizing corporate events, meetings
- Client meetings in the office
- Execution individual tasks of partners and other organizational tasks
