Purpose of work
Demand Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining demand forecast at various levels for ready products using statistical models, internal forecasting tools and data from sales, marketing and finance. This is an analytical and operational role with multiple stakeholders both locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning< /strong>

• Using historical sales data, trends and market share, develop statistical forecast and demand plan.
• Collaborate with sales team to review plan and identify discrepancies.< /li>

S&OP planning

• Supporting the regional operations manager in the S&OP process.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and compliance with global guidelines.

Reporting and process improvement

• Supporting achievement of forecast accuracy goals and reporting to management.
• Provide analytical support for portfolio management and SKU review.

Supply/Execution Planning

• Conversion of monthly supply plan to weekly plan.
• Management of inventory levels and monitoring of risks in inventory management.

Experience, knowledge and skills< /p>

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business/finance or related field.
• Developed analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, including SAP/ APO (minimum 2 years).
• High proficiency in Excel, Power BI.
• Consumer industry experience, understanding of retail operations.
• Proficiency required in English
