In connection with the development, we are looking for an Assistant Inspector of the Personnel Department.

• Fluent Ukrainian language;
• You have 1 year of work experience in the HR department; 
• You are attentive, stress-resistant, responsible, multitasking;
• You have basic knowledge of HR management and personnel administration;
• You like communicating with people;
• A confident user of office programs, in particular MS Office. Knowledge of 1C, Medok will also be an advantage;
• Open to new experiences and ready to constantly improve

What we will entrust to you:

• Performance of personnel administration functions under the guidance of experienced specialists of the personnel department;
• Formation of the prescribed package of documents during employment and dismissal employees;
• Registration of orders, certificates, filling out cards and making changes to P2.
• Involvement in the process of keeping military records;
• Receiving and sending documents by mail; 
• Control of receipt of correspondence by government bodies;
