Assistant coordinator of the largest European IT competition DEV Challenge in Dream 2 Team

DEV Challenge is the largest Championship for IT specialists in Europe. More than 27,000 specialists took part in it for 20 seasons. The purpose of the competition is to develop the IT market of Ukraine, increasing the quality of technological products and the skills of specialists. And also — to help Ukrainian organizations with social IT solutions through product optimization and new developments. With the decisions of the participants, we have already helped UNICEF, Povarnys Zhivym BF, the Center for Civil Liberties, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, the Ministry of Digital Transformation and others.

coordinator assistant, which will be:

• lead structured cross-project work with stakeholders of our projects: participants, experts, partners, info partners, media;

• help in organizing offline and online events: IT competitions, hackathons, meetups;

• prepare presentation materials, publications, announcements, materials for the website and social networks;

• participate in brainstorming and generation of creative ideas.

Basic requirements:

• experience in organizing events (conferences, forums, meetups) and/or educational projects (courses or IT competitions, ideally - hackathons);

• the possibility to work offline at least 2 times a week from the office in the innovation park UNIT.City in Kyiv;

• knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B2 and competent written and spoken Ukrainian;

• responsibility and the ability to independently organize your time, turn oninto processes as needed and without reminders.

• attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Preference will be:

• experience with Notion, Canva, Slack, Google Workspace;

• understanding the IT ecosystem of Ukraine and tracking trends;

• desire to develop in the field of project management and event organization.
