It is important for us that you have:
- work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
- ability to work with large data sets, to analyze indicators using Excel formulas
- It will be an advantage - having a certificate of completion of Excel courses. Knowledge of 1C, SAP, Power BI programs
- personal qualities: analytical skills, responsibility, communication skills, stress resistance, self-organization, result-oriented and ability to work in multitasking mode
< /ul>Your duties will include :
- creating new and updating current reports with store performance indicators
- preparing documents and billing information for store staff payroll
- keeping up-to-date information on work stores, collection of additional information from stores for use by managers (change of store schedules, list of personnel, addition of new stores, etc.)
- preparation of documents for submission to accounting (VCHASNO and MEDok accounts, preparation of settlement statement and other reports)< /li>
- application for registration and re-registration of cash registers for stores, creating requests to the IT department for setting up equipment for the store
- control over the use of budgets for stores
- regular communication with the central office and other departments of the company on operational issues related to stores (warehouse, accounting, finance, IT)
- work with contractors on procurement and document flow
- sending correspondence (documents, materials )
- executing additional assignments from the manager
