Architect (Revit) in ARKHO GROUP

What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience in the profession of at least 2 years in the design of residential/public facilities;
• Design experience in a BIM environment
• High level of knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Understanding the principles of operation in Navisworks
• Sure knowledge of DBN (residential/public buildings, inclusiveness, etc.)
• Orientation in modern construction and decoration materials

What needs to be done:

• Development of the BIM model of the building (walls, floors, windows, doors, decoration) with the necessary level of information (LOD)
• Creation, design, issuance of sets of drawings for each of the design stages
• Formation of specifications of materials and information directly from the model
• Development of albums of architectural details and nodes
• Checking own solutions for compliance with the tasks of neighbors (constructive, network)
• Participation in meetings, reporting to the Head of the group of architects on the status of task performance
• Following the instructions of the Head of the group of architects regarding the correction of documentation based on the comments of the expert, the customer or internal stakeholders.
• Keeping records of working hours in a time tracking system, entering data, planning tasks and maintaining communication in a project management environment (Worksection or similar)
