Architect / Interior designer in Laven FOP

The Laven studio has been working in the field of interior design and architecture for more than 10 years.
During this time, we have implemented dozens of projects in the residential, commercial and public segments.

Today, the studio works with clients in Ukraine and abroad, in particular in the countries of Europe and the Middle East. The geography of projects is constantly expanding, and the tasks are becoming more complex and interesting.

We are looking for an architect / interior designer - a specialist with a high level of involvement, initiative and internal motivation with experience in working on conceptual residential and commercial projects.

Area of responsibility:

• Development of architectural and interior concepts from idea to implementation

• Formation of the design language of the project: concepts, mood boards, color and material scenarios

• Creation of planning solutions with a deep understanding of ergonomics and spatial logic

• Preparation of project and working documentation (P / RP stages)

• Participation in the creation of photorealistic 3D visualizations and presentation materials

• Selection of materials, furniture, lighting and equipment, formation of specifications

• Communication with engineers, contractors and suppliers at the stages of implementation

• Author support and control of compliance with the implementation of the approved concept

Professional requirements:

• Work experience from 4-5 years in architecture or interior design studios.

• Professional higher education (architecture / interior design).

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 3ds Max + Corona, Revit.

• Availability of implemented projects and understanding of construction processes and author supervision.

• Understanding of the regulatory framework and principles coordination with engineering departments.

• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
