Appeals and complaints specialist (HR department) in Grace

We, the BLAGODA outsourcing company, are looking for a responsible and systematic specialist who will ensure high-quality communication with the staff, control the processing of requests and complaints and influence the reduction of staff turnover. This is an operational and analytical role with a strong communication unit.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• Experience in HR / recruiting / support / service
• Experience communicating with a large number of people
• Ability to work with conflict situations
• Analytical thinking
• Attention to details
• CRM experience will be an advantage
• Emotional stability and responsibility

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

• Call new employees (5-7 working days)
• Regular communication with existing employees
• Gathering feedback from dismissed employees (analysis of reasons, possibility returns)
• Processing appeals and complaints
• Coordinating the resolution of issues with internal departments
• 100% recording of communications in CRM
• Maintenance and updating of the reserve database
• Preparation of analytics and reports
