So, we are looking for aSales Support Analyst/Specialist.?

Sales Department - this is the basis of our company, where processes are dynamically developing, improving and need coordination, systematization and analysis.

Our ideal candidate:

• Knowledge of Excel and 1C at a high level (work with pivot tables, large arrays of data, knowledge of logical and textual functions)
• Confident user of PC and office equipment;
• Analytical abilities;
• High emotional intelligence, positivity, communication skills;
• Desire to work in a team;
• Self-organization, multitasking.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinating the work of the sales department, taking part in meetings, keeping minutes, monitoring the fulfillment of assigned tasks by employees of the department, consolidating information;
• Monitoring the implementation of plans, drawing up sales rating by managers;
• Preparation of sales reports for meetings and at the request of the manager;
• Accounting of discount cards, fuel coupons, branded souvenirs.
