HR director in ARZINGER

We are looking for an open, positive person for the position of Human Resources Director who will strengthen our team and improve business efficiency.

Our candidate has:

1. Similar experience of building and developing human capital in the company
2. Experience of working with large stakeholder teams
3. Developed leadership competence
4. Successful experience of employer brand development
5. Willingness to work with large volumes of information and implement interesting ideas
6. Professional training will be an advantage (SHRM, CIPD, etc)
7. Fluent English

Areas of responsibility:

• Research into the development of an effective HR brand
• Coaching of the team of holders to achieve strategic goals
• Analysis of the Employee Life Cycle in the company: from the study of people's satisfaction, involvement and loyalty to the end of the employment relationship
• Operational activity — recruiting, adaptation, assessment, training
• Participation in the development and implementation of the bonus program
• Internal communication - corporate events, holiday greetings, informing people about organizational changes
• CSR projects of the company
