Who are we looking for?Fkeeper of the real estate management department

Main features:

• Performs the formation and control of the budget. Contributes to the filling out of the layout "Deciphering the articles of the cash flow budget" of the support of the Society.
• Performs/organizes work in automated ITSM systems with data entry. 
• Regularly conducts analysis and prepares reports according to the provided information obtained from programs (TORO, SAP, ITSM, etc.), and budget data.
• Preparation of presentations.
• Performs/organizes work in automated SAP TOPO systems with data entry.
• Monthly forms a complete package of documents (acts, invoices) for all Contracts in the area of ​​the department for the management of real estate objects for the Company, the correctness of the primary documents, conducts a reconciliation of the acts of the completed works for compliance with the obligations under the contract. Implementation Acts in SAP with distribution of costs by businesses and cost centers.
• Creates a request and purchase order for services in SAP.
• Participates in the inventory of basic and consumables.
• Performs/organizes work in automated systems with complete and accurate data entry.
• Participates in the formation of claim and claim work, complaints.
• Foprepares and registers letters to counterparties in the Docsvision program.

OUR Portrait:

• Experience in the profession of at least 3 years.
• Legislative and regulatory documents of Ukraine in the part necessary for the performance of functional duties and work of the unit. 
• Working with PC office applications at the level of an experienced user.
• Knowledge of Excel, programs (1C, SAP), knowledge of Ukrainian and in English.
