Analyst of the collection strategy management group

Key skills:

• Higher education;
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• Experience as a debt portfolio management manager/debt analyst/group manager/operator of a contact center in a system bank or a full-cycle collection company (candidates with banking experience are preferred);
• Existing experience in building an internal reporting system, customer default probability assessment models and debt payment probability behavioral models is desirable;
• Experience with both retail and corporate portfolios will be a plus;
• High the level of knowledge of Excel;
• Elementary knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.

Your tasks will be:

• Development, implementation and support of strategies for collecting receivables at different stages of overdue;
• Calculation of the effectiveness of each communication tool and its impact on the effectiveness of collections;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of current collection strategies and their optimization in order to increase efficiency;
• Monthly preparation of registers for calls to the Contact Center, IVR;
• Processing reports on the results of work from contractors;
• Development, preparation and administration of group reports on Power BI;
• Supporting the project of the credit history bureau;
• Supporting the processing of complaints;
• Participation in the implementation new technological solutions for the automation of collection processes.
