Analyst on financing, capital operations and restructuring in EY (Ernst & Young)

Within strategy projects, financing, capital operations and restructuring, the main goal of the EY team of specialists is to help our clients find and successfully implement solutions for strategic development, investments, financing, liquidity, efficiency, etc. We are looking for a qualified, ambitious, result-oriented candidate to join our team and work on projects with international financial organizations, banks, leading corporations and national regulators. 

Responsibilities

• Conducting market/industry research, finding financial/regulatory information from public and private sources and combining this data with information provided by clients (if available)
• Analysis of collected information and calculations, interpretation of analysis results and preparation of presentations/reports for EY clients
• Analysis of corporate reporting, financial analysis, forecasting and adjustment of financial models
• Regular communication with members of the project team and representatives of clients/banks/investors; working in a project team under the guidance of a project manager or other senior team members

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar field of 2 years or more
• Higher education in business administration, investment, economics, finance
• Good communication skills, including analytical writing< /li>
• Ability to read and analyze corporate/financial/industrial/market reports
• Familiarity with the structure of the main types of financial reporting (balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash flow statement)
• Good knowledge of macroeconomics, microeconomics, statistics, marketing, principles of corporate finance
• Advanced Power Point and Excel skills
• Systems thinking
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English
