"Avtodim Atlant" is a network of official Volkswagen dealers in Ukraine: two auto centers "Avtodim Atlant" » in Kyiv and one car center in Dnipro. All of them have been occupying leading positions in the brand network in our country for many years. Over many years of operation, our centers have sold and serviced more than 150,000 Volkswagen cars at service stations. Auto centers provide customers with a full range of services from the sale of new cars and cars with mileage to their further service, diagnostics, repair and body restoration after an accident.

Today we are looking for Analytics (Marketing Department).
Key tasks:
- Measurement and analysis customer NPS/CSI indicators;
- CJM design;
- Implementation of programs and projects for the development of a culture of customer orientation in company.
Functional duties: < /p>
- Description of target CJMs of the relevant business segment;
- Initiation of changes to existing CJMs to improve customer experience;
- Conducting qualitative research to determine customer needs;
- Determining the main points of contact with customers and conducting measurements of NPS, CSI;
- Monitoring the dynamics of indicators, analysis, improvement planning together with the relevant business unit;
- Conducting post-analysis of services and processes after their launch;
- Involvement of company employees in solving issues related to improving the customer experience;
ul>Our expectations:
- Experience in customer experience and service management;
- Skills in creating survey questionnaires ;
- Analytical abilities;
- Skills for creating presentations based on research results;
- Excellent communication skills, proactivity, focus on results.
Would be preferred:
- Experience in conducting qualitative research;
- Experience in using digital tools for conducting surveys;
- Knowledge of Service Design methodology.
