The position of Middle Manager for working with partners in the casino is aimed at managing cooperation with providers, developing game content and improving marketing campaigns to increase profitability and attract users.

Requirements:

• Experience in online casino or gambling (from 2 years).
• Communication and management skills negotiations.
• Understanding of key marketing metrics and processes.
• Knowledge of analytics tools, Click-UP (any other task tracker), CRM and team coordination chat experience.

• Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with partners:
  • Daily resolution of issues of cooperation, representation and protection of the company's interests.
  • Creation and coordination of chats with providers.
• Casino content management:
  • Ensuring the diversity of the game portfolio , including bonuses and promotions based on customer needs.
  • Adding, sorting and selecting games for thematic categories.
• Communication with departments:
  • Coordinating chats between departments, creating tasks in Click-UP for effective interaction.
• Marketing campaigns and promotions:
  • Planning and setting up marketing activities, tournaments and promotions.
  • Maintaining tournament tables, creating billing applications funds.
  • Cooperation with marketing (email, SMM, design) and retention for effective advertising campaigns.
  • Analysis of the activities carried out in terms of profitability and user engagement.
  • Product development and UX:
    • Analysis of competitors, introduction of new trends.
    • Cooperation with the development department to launch new features, games and providers.
    • Management of customer-journey, banners, categories, filters on the site to improve UX.
    • Monitoring of releases and thematic games, cooperation with other departments to select top slots for promotional activities.

  Will be a plus:

  • Experience with analytics tools and technical support systems.
  • Experience in game portfolio management and UX customization.
