Analyst (labor rationing) in Silpo

For work, you will need:

• Constant experience in using MS Excel (pivotal tables, formulas).
• Experience in working with Power Pivot, Power Query .
• It will be an advantage: work experience in a similar position, knowledge of the basic methods of labor regulation, experience in taking photos of the working day, timekeeping observations, calculation of the piecework payment system.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Standardization of production processes
• Photographing of working hours
• Establishment of optimal norms of working time consumption and volume of production per unit of time
• Preparation of reports with measurement results, calculations of standards.
