Head of Analytics in Kasta

Kasta is the largest fashion marketplace for clothes, shoes and accessories in Ukraine. For more than 14 years, Kasta has been opening the best international and local brands to Ukrainians and proving by its own example that fashionable online shopping is easier, faster and cheaper. We are an IT company that develops new business on the e-commerce market, realizing our ideas and applying the best global practices. 

Main requirements for our candidates:

• 5 + years of experience in the field of data analysis, preferably in e-commerce. 

• Experience managing a team of analysts or working as a senior analyst. 

• Experience with large volumes of data and analytical platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). 

• Sound knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases. 

• Skills in working with analytical tools and data visualization. 

• Proficiency in data processing programming tools (Python would be an advantage). 

• Understanding the principles of e-commerce platforms and user behavior. 

• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science or related disciplines. 

• Personal qualities: sociability, the ability to establish relations with stakeholders, willingness to work in changing conditions and with a focus on results, the desire to constantly update one's knowledge and develop the team.

What will be included in the duties:

1. Managing and developing a team of data analysts: Data Analysts and BI Developer.

2. Ensuring the effective distribution of the tasks of the analyst team and monitoring the fulfillment of the set goals.

3. Data analytics for decision-making, namely: 
          - Analysis of large volumes of data from various sources (site traffic, sales, user behavior, advertising campaigns, etc.). 
          - Identifying trends, patterns and anomalies to improve the platform.
          - Providing recommendations to improve business efficiency. 
   
   

4. Development and implementation of reports, dashboards and analytical models for internal teams (marketing, sales, product managers). 

5. Recommendations for improving business solutions, usedeveloping statistical methods and analytical tools.

6. Working closely with the marketing team, product managers and other departments to create a unified marketplace development strategies.

7. Ensuring access to data necessary for decision-making by other departments.

8. Evaluation and implementation of new analytical automation systems and tools for processing large volumes of data.

9. Optimization of data collection, storage and analysis processes.
