Requirements:

• Education: secondary specialized pharmaceutical (school, technical school, college) / higher pharmaceutical/medical.
• Knowledge of the SKARB program — Pharmacy (1C) — as an advantage.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel (tables, formulas), Word and other office programs.
• Personal qualities: responsibility, attentiveness, perseverance, stress resistance, ability to make decisions independently, desire to improve one's own experience and enrich one's knowledge.
• Analytical mindset, logical thinking, ability to form conclusions and proposals based on analysis, experience in working with large arrays data.

Duties:

• Maintaining registers of the receipt of prices of medicines,
• Communicating with pharmacies;
• Forming orders for medicines for pharmacies;
• Execution of tasks related to the shipment of bulk orders;
• Communication with existing suppliers;
• Interaction with the company's Pharmacies and the Sales Warehouse to fulfill their functional duties;
• Control (illiquid, deadlines, overages)
• Management of rejections (defects), urgent resolution with the management;
• Execution of orders of the commercial director regarding functionality;

Knowledge of:

• State register of medicinal products means;
• National list of basic medicines;
• Register of wholesale and retail prices for medicines;
• Register of wholesale and retail prices for medical products;
• Register of information on the maximum wholesale and retail prices for some medicines, which are purchased with budget funds and are subject to reference pricing.
